What Is a Double-Sided Digital Display?
A double-sided digital display uses two screens facing opposite directions. The DF1800 Series is designed as an indoor floor-standing LCD display with two back-to-back portrait screens. This dual-screen advertising display integrates two displays into one enclosure rather than placing two separate units side by side, allowing it to reach audiences moving in two directions while using limited floor space. Depending on your selected media player and system configuration, both sides can show the same content or play completely different media. It is widely used for advertising, brand promotion, wayfinding, and public-information delivery. Please note that the DF1800 is a floor-standing display, not a suspended window display or an LED display.

Is the DF1800 the Right Double-Sided Display Format?
The commercial-display market offers several types of double-sided solutions. The DF1800 is a floor-standing indoor LCD display—not a suspended window display, an outdoor weatherproof display, an LED/dvLED product, or a desktop office monitor. Even with the 2,000-nit option, it remains an indoor product.

Designed for Indoor Commercial Environments
The DF1800 is strictly an indoor product, designed for operating temperatures from 0°C to 40°C. It does not have the IP protection required for outdoor water or dust exposure.
- It is not suitable for rain exposure, roadside installation, heavy-dust environments, or direct outdoor use.
- A 2,000-nit brightness option does not make the unit suitable for outdoor use. An indoor high-brightness version cannot replace a dedicated outdoor display.
- For projects that place the display behind an outward-facing window, the panel's heat resistance, brightness retention, and installation method must be specifically confirmed. The standard DF1800 is not certified for outward-facing window applications.
